We believe in the dynamic relationship between the wearer and the garment, an evolving collaboration where both play an equal role in shaping the final image. Clothing is not just fabric draped over the body; it is part of the wearers movement, an expression of identity, and a tool for self-exploration. Our designs are created with this philosophy, showing balance, fluidity, and fun. 

We encourage the wearer to step into a space of active engagement—where they are not just passively dressed, but rather co-creators of the image they project. By choosing our designs, they are invited to embrace their individuality, move with intention, and inhabit their clothing in a way that is uniquely their own. Our garments are not simply meant to be brought to life by those who wear them. 

This is the essence of our design philosophy: a collaboration between the garment and the individual who gives it meaning.

O.22. was originally created as a fulfillment for our own lives. We felt it was difficult to find garments or brands that resonated with the easy-going but unique concept we were looking for. And so, with a huge passion for clothes and experience in the creation of them, we decided to start making our own wardrobe. This quickly grew into a daily routine in which creativity flowed through. Outside of just making clothes for ourselves, we wanted to see our vision shared in Amsterdam and around the world, thus creating the brand that is now O.22.
